No, no. I know I as author of an extension can make localized text in
it. I already did it with my extension:
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/OdprtiTezaver

What I am talking here about is this. Since 3.0 the dictionaries are
included as extensions. And with Slovenian extension and I guess other
languages the included dictionaries in the localized versions of OOo
has only English strings. These strings do not appear in SDF, so where
are they, if you say that French included dictionaries in the French
release of OOo has French text in the Extension Manager?

As far as I understand on the road to 3.0 the OOo developers just took
all language dictionaries and made the extensions. Maybe they asked
localization teams for native strings here on the list, but I was not
a member of this list before, so I would not know.

If it is still not clear, I will attach a screenshot from Extension
Manager of Slovenian OOo 3.1 with bundled Slovenian spell-check and
hypenation extension.

Are there any other languages that have the name and description of
the bundled localization dictionaries only in English and not in the
localization language?

Lp, m.
