This matter belongs to the lingucomponent list, but nevertheless here
are some hints:
Default localized dictionaries are bundled into the installation set as
extensions, and are deployed as shared extension on install. Inside the
extension you can localize the extension title and much more.
If you are good at hacking, take a look on a working sample in
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=105564
which is for pt-BR. In summary
Get the attachment posted there, unzip it into a empty folder, and:
- replace the .aff and .dic files with Slovenian equivalent
- edit description.xml with your (localized) text. Change it
accordingly. Special attention to the identifier tag. You must change it
for something of your own, as explained. Adjust version number.
- edit dictionary.xcu with the required modifications related to the files.
- zip it again and change the zipped filename extension to .oxt
- test it extensively in your OOo, until everything looks OK (I really
meant this, in several installations, as much as you can)
- submit it as attachment to your bug. Do not forget to edit your bug
and set component to "lingucomponent", subcomponent as "spellchecking"
and put "tl" in CC.
