Marcus, another thing - JRE is not localized into Slovenian nor in many other languages, unlike OpenOffice.org (I guess Sun doesn't see economic reason to do so for smaller markets). Also, Java and JRE are not opensource community driven projects and community cannot help translate them. In this sense - are wJRE builds still considered l10n builds and community builds and truly opensource? I mean, then JRE should also be localized in that languages, which narrows the list of languages to a much lesser list than it would be with current l10n OOo builds.
I do believe this is a serious question that should not be decided only by a single release status meeting but by higher authority body in the OOo community - it has symbolic consequences and steers OOo in a different directions.
