I think it would be useful to collect all this kind of infos in a wiki page (or something like that). Searching through the mailing list archives is not so friendly. By using a wiki page we can keep a database of what needs to be translated (out of the l10n project) and how to accomplish it. Just my 2 cents. Ciao!
