Oh, Sophie, and I thought this is the l10n list and everything regarding
l10n happens here ;)
actually, this is how this should happen .... but unfortunately, this is
not always true....

Thanks for the pointers, the template and extensions sites are already
localized into Slovenian, so is the QATrack, the surveys however aren't.
