That is the reason why we have to *read* the proposal and determine the
points where we do not agree.

...and a proposal is *always* the opinion of someone and get adopted by
the community feedback.

What the hack are you talking about?

If you do not compare the draft with a political trick then why you make
such a comparison at all? 

I took the time that we finally get some guidelines on the way (which
are *way* overdue) and this is your reaction. Till now it always worked
like this somebody steps up presents a proposal and it got discussed and
now it is a political trick.

Weird.

Maybe, just maybe, one should have read the document before starting
thus a fuzz. 

The document is a proposal and should be read by all PMC members and if
something does not fit into this community then we should discuss this
points.
