What have fairness to do with my proposal?

because it's fair to start with a blank sheet of paper, because there is not advantage for no side.

It is a proposal, read it,
that is what I think is fair! If you have problems with special points
from the proposal then let us discuss them. That is fair. Until then,
please, stop the paranoia about political conspiracies.

why do you call trying to be really democratic paranoia?

It's a workflow problem. Only things we all agree on should go into
the guidelines. And the first thing we should agree on is the contents/index of the guidelines,
since I guess this is not given by the ASF.

But you want to start the guidelines with the proposal you and Antonio seem to be fine but maybe somebody else isn't, so it would give the two of you (or whoever else thinks it's fine) a head-start.

It seems to me that you're taking these things way too personal and not really try to understand what I am saying.

Just try to think the opposite way around and you will realize what I am trying to explain above.
