I presume you've getting problems because the encrypted strings could
have single quotes in them, and the DB engine is mistaking them for
string delimiters?
I think the problem will simply go away if you use <cfqueryparam> tags.
Or wrap the encrypt() call in preserveSingleQuotes() might do the trick,
but I'd use <cfqueryparam> tags.
