Some people here know my views on web page design and if I had my way we'd all be viewing plain text. It's not necessarily Flash that is the problem (although its very name has implications), but once people get their hands on Rich Media they seem to become dyslexic, autistic or simply a failed fine art student. There's enough designers who think they're developers without developers thinking they're designers. I could go on forever, but without a few pints to dumb your senses, you probably won't want to hear.

I was trying to upgrade on IIS but it kept trying to install on the built in stand alone server. In the end I had to install it on the stand alone, run the batch file to switch it over to IIS then change some variable as I run a server with virtual sites.
