I've been using CFEclipse on Eclipse 3(M7) exclusively for CF development
for the last 2 or 3 weeks.

I've dropped Homesite and Dreamweaver completely now as I can do everything
I need to in Ecliplse.

It has integration with both CVS and Subversion and if there's something I
don't like about the way the CFEclipse plugin works I can check out the
source code from cfeclipse.tigris.org and fix it myself.

There are some things about it that will no doubt annoy some. Such as the
search and replace which is a bit unreliable and doesn't mark the exact spot
in the document where the search match occurred, but it also has really nice
features like being able to right click in the gutter and add a task at that
point in the current file. When you're ready to start that task you can open
up task view and jump straight to that line in the file even if it isn't
already open.

There are also literally 100s of plugins of varying quality many of which
are open source. Including an alternative CF one written by Matt Liotta.
