Nightmare nightmare nightmare.

We have never outsourced, but we have had projects brought to us that were
originally outsourced to india and they were a mess. Communication is
generally a problem, they don't seem to do things how you want, they do it
how they want and don't understand what you tell them. And there doesn't
appear to be any frameworks, methodology, it's just messy code.
I spose if you can find a company that do fusefox or something so you at
least have some control and knowledge of how the work is done, that would
work, and make sure you have a contact that is very good with English and
can fully understand your requirements and relay to the developers.
The slightly not so cheap but probably easier and more reliable solution is
to use American developers, you can find them with much cheaper rates than
us.
