Albert,

100% agreed. I always insist on the salary paid to the local staff. It
has very difficult and unhandleable cultural thing. Low paid staff can
not  be treated fairly and respectfully by co-workers. This applies to
bosses too.
You are low paid -> You are dumb -> We do not respect you
Howerver,  I  value my (comparing to local salaries) giant salary very
high , and always bring the best quality I can. By the way, craving of
the  best  quality causing problems too? because it is usually slowing
down  all  things. For sure, it is much faster to do something somehow
instead of spending time for the single right and proper way.
