According to my principal of legacy file triage, you likely only ever
access about 10% of the legacy files.  So bulk or batch conversion is
one of the least beneficial courses.  That number varies for each
individual, but you can see how file conversion goes from Code RED!!! to
Code-Boring with an everso slight reality-check.

What we do for clients is identify the legacy files 1-5 as more or less
likely to be needed and the 1's get converted immediately.  If there are
conversion issues -- most commonly it was bullets or font substitution
irregs -- then you can fix them BEFORE you're in a panic to get
something accomplished.
