[marketing] New Year Hope?

Let us all hope that we are better at creating a product we all feel the 
need for than we are at understanding, let alone agreeing, on how we 
convince the rest of the world.
Personally I think a bottom up approach may be more successful than the 
top down one us academics feel so safe with.
Wishing you all a guid hogmany, may the wizards be wise, the fairies be 
fair and the land be ours.
