I don't feel that what Australia Post call personalised stamps
(http://pstamps.auspost.com.au/index_wf.html) are less official. They
are stamps, and only 5 cents more for domestic postage!

Even though it is cheaper to send postcards, I would consider paying 5
cents more to send an OOo stamp, say during October being OOo birthday
month.

In fact, I think we have to send parcels and Christmas Cards during
this time so that they arrive in European (e.g. Great Britain)
countries in time for Christmas.
