I agree.

Memory leaks are fixed, but the resulting Jelly problems need to be cleared
up. I got a better handle on it last night, and should have another stab at
it soon. The hardest thing is continuing to do the wrong thing correctly so
that existing stuff doesn't break :)

I implemented properties inheritence as part of this (maven.xml,
project.properties and build.properties is completely recursive and tied to
each other), and wrote some test cases in
touchstone-tests/src/reactor-build/inheritence. If you'd like to check them
over and add to them, that'd be great and we'll make sure the new code
conforms to them.

I'm moving house over the next 2 weeks which will keep it lean, but after
that I have 2 hours commuting a day to fiddle with Maven on my laptop :)
