My personal understanding, in extreme summary, is that Peter Donald
refused to actively collaborate with some other Avalon members. I had
seen the fracture in the community and proposed him to make Phoenix a
project on par with Avalon; the Phoenix committers would have had access
to Avalon, but not vice versa. He refused.
That is flat out lie as that is exactly what I wanted all along.
Please don't call others liers when there are proves for it, both in
personal, Avalon dev and Avalon PMC mails that you have not wanted this all along.
AFAIK the board and the Avalon PMC have decided not to disclose all the mails of the discussions to protect you, but there is still enough on the public archives that anyone can see if they want to know a bit of what happened.
If you want to drag this on and on, it's your liberty, I cannot stop you, but I won't take part in it.
In any case, to be clear: Peter Donald was excluded from Avalon, not from Apache, and is currently a committer on Jakarta Gump.
This is all I have to say about it.
