I don't think the release itself was "rc2", that might lead to confusion. I
believe you should reflect the release naming as it's been released
officially/finally:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/mnemonic/0.1.2-incubating-rc2/src/
e.g. "apache-mnemonic-0.1.2-incubating" seems like the right way to refer
to it to me.

hm... I only just now notice the name of the directory.
"0.1.2-incubating-rc2" I think you want to move your release files under a
directory that doesn't include "rc2".
