If you've done your first release, say that first here. It's a huge
milestone for an incubator!

This is confusing. Did you do a release or are you voting on an RC? If
still voting, change this to "No releases yet, but we're voting on an RC
now" Otherwise say " 2016-05-26 Released Mnemonic-0.1.2-incubating"
