What software do they use for iformation exchange, word processing,
electronic mail, web etc. What are the encodings used for NK language?
Another interesting point for me is the words they use in IT products. Actaully, there is no 'South Korean language' or 'North Korean language' in my perception. A 'dialect' might be better term here. However, we have been separated more than 50 yrs, a language in both side has been developed with their own features. One of them is about foriegn words such as sports and IT terms. We, South Korean people, has generally no resistance in using it as it is. However, as far as I know, North Korean try to localize it as much as possible. That is their strength in terms of Korean language. If it can be revealed through OpenOffic.org, it will be very interesting and valuable information for me and other IT guys in South Korea.
