I'm afraid you will also sadly find that the overlap will yield at best about 15-20% 100% translated. You would still want to review those. A better approach, which we at Translate.org.za have done in the past is to build a debug build using podebug. This marks all the strings and you can then work out which components are needed for translating Write and focus on those. I haven't done this in a while so I'm not 100% sure that those files are, but it is relatively easy to do. -- Dwayne Bailey Associate Research Director +27 12 460 1095 (w) Translate.org.za ANLoc +27 83 443 7114 (c) Recent blog posts: * Localizing Mac OS X strings files using open source PO editors http://www.translate.org.za/blogs/dwayne/en/content/localizing-mac-os-x-strings-files-using-open-source-po-editors * What's new in Virtaal 0.6.1 * Localisation: How we guess the target translation language in Virtaal Firefox web browser in Afrikaans - http://af.www.mozilla.com/af/ African Network for Localisation (ANLoc) - http://africanlocalisation.net/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@native-lang.openoffice.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@native-lang.openoffice.org
