I believe NetCAT might be our "strategic advantage" compared to the other 
open-source projects. So, I like it a lot!

I just wish I would get to know these people and since I consider their work a 
proper contribution I would like to meet them on dev@.

The NetCAT bylaws though might need some fine-tuning in light of how things are 
done under Apache.
