Hi, some might get a bit grumpy after I write this, but for me this is currently a:
-1 The reasoning: Oracle is in a pretty good situation regarding the donation of the netbeans source base to the ASF. At least since I'm aware of netbeans, Sun and Oracle both required major contributions to be covered by an CLA, basicly giving Sun/Oracle the right to use the donated code as the want. This is helpful in a donation, as changing licensing requires agreement from all involved parties. And for the netbeans donation there are exactly two parties: the ASF and Oracle. The donation of the referenced plugins is different: as far as I understand, the MojoHaus project did not work with a CLA and thus all authors need to agree to a donation. It does not look like Milos Kleint owns all code. I had a quick look at the commit history and it should be possible to get all authors to agree (the list mentions 1-5 contributers) I saw nothing mentioned regarding this problem, so I consider it unfixed. The vote is explicitly only cast for the question "Can/Should we accept the donation.". It is not based on considerations like usefulness or quality of the plugins!
