you legally have a point!

We really should go through the commit history and check who implemented and 
also WHAT they implemented under which license.

We need to do this for EVERY github project in question and clarify the 
following points:

* License: As far as I can tell ALL the projects are ALv2 licensed right? So no 
license change is required
* WHO are the contributors? Do they probably have an iCLA on file already? Can 
we just ping them and ask them if they have a problem?
* WHAT did they contribute? If it's merely a minor change, then it probably 
doesn't even create own originary IP (threshold of originality not passed). In 
which case we can simply ignore that commit for our needs as it is covered by 
the ALv2. If they contributed big parts then we should really get their OK 
first. 

I started with 

* nbm-shared
All Milos and Eric Barboni ([email protected]) Eric is even a netbeans 
committer, so I guess it's fine ;)

 Now we need to do the same for the other modules.
