Hi, Sorry for my english but I call the vote only to see if PPMC is "willing to accept" which is not strong accept in my brain . I understand that there is more (much more) to do before a strong accept but I don't want to go into all the paper if PCM is against. I thinks my comment to the +1 is accept instead of willing to accept.
Maybe I must reformulate the vode? I +don't believe that requires signing by every author of every little bit? Similar to how we except minor PRs from non-committers. Re-licensing would have that scenario?!
