Thanks for the clarification :) Actually, you/anybody can create a template
and share it via wiki. We can check it, give feedbacks and improve if
needed. It is not a complicated task as you can check other examples from
here: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/April2020

Next reports after the first one will be easier. However, we can figure out
something else if you still don't comfortable when you check the examples.
