The logic module included in OpenMRS versions is always a bundled, released
version of logic.

So 1.6.3+, 1.7.2+, and 1.8+ contain the 0.5 tag of logic. (The point is that
the end-user may upgrade to a newer version of the logic module, but not an
older one.)
