Target:
Reducing the Memory usage & Opening time (in Windows XP with 256-512Mb
memory)
(Memory when starting OOo and time when opening a File, especially Word and
Excel files)
A great idea from my POV.
I don't know if it is possible to improve the code in that area without
being helped by someone with good knowledge of the OOo code, but if we
could attract more developers by a bounty or a contest, we should use
this opportunity.
