Yes, we have the same problem with Sling w.r.t adding GitHub topics to our repositories. I have asked for that in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-16343 , let's see what infra thinks and hopefully we can then transpose the results to OpenWhisk. -Bertrand
