I just attached two logo designs for a potential replacement of the current
PDFBox log. One is picking up on the current toolbox icon whch is part of the
old logo but transforms that into a more modern look. The other logo uses the
box term as part of the icon but includes Apache into the logo design to
represent the fact that this is an Apache project. Both logos could be extented
for additional use cases.
My preference would be to go for the left hand side version because it a) has a
more modern look b) has the Apache name attached to it c) works better without
the text d) is easier to extend
