the page looks great :-) thx for the work
I uploaded the to http://people.apache.org/~tchojecki/pdfbox_demo/
the links you are using looking absolute. I started to link it relative but
this will take some time :-) index is up but the other references aren't.
to fix it, only the leading / need to be removed for links and resources.
