bq.Arrays.fill(this.byteCountArray, byteCount);
So if we want it parallel then it should be (byteCount/guidePosts.size)? So 
that we are creating an avg here.  If not we have actually collected the total 
byteCount and that we are flattening across every guidePost. Is that right?
