I let my next build build Mozilla packages and see if I can find 
what's wrong here. If it's the patch or if it's mozilla now build 
in a different way. 

But as written. Since m7x I use the same mozilla packages for every 
build and the same patch but I have no m97 yet and therefore you 
may be right that for m97 something may have changed here.

Thanks for this tip. It's noted and I will edit my build 
instructions when we have figured out what's wrong with mozilla in 
m97 and above.

This patch was intended to save time in order to be able to use 
pre-build moz packages for Mac OS X. It's not necessary if you 
build Mozilla within the OOo build process. 

So you won't need the patch for building mozilla.
