I let my next build build Mozilla packages and see if I can find what's wrong here. If it's the patch or if it's mozilla now build in a different way. But as written. This patch was intended to save time in order to be able to use pre-build moz packages for Mac OS X. It's not necessary if you build Mozilla within the OOo build process. So you won't need the patch for building mozilla.
