Sounds good *but* where do you want to get the devs for this integration. Eric B., Florian and other Mac devs have enough work to do in order to keep Mac OS X 2.0 as good as it gets in sync with the main plattforms and not completely loose track. When they now loose track with 2.0 and focus on 1.1.5 they later have more work to do in catching up 2.0 development. It was no easy decission but after the uncertainness about 1.1.5 this decission had to be made. So there is only James McKenzie who works on 1.1.4 and 1.1.5 these days and he does great work but he is alone. Maybe Eric. B. can give more details but some bugs that macjoin1153 solves are already solved but not in source code since they were only available via Issues. Eric B. worked on integrating those issue based patches into 1.1.5 source code. I don't know how far he came and how lucky he was. The last 645 Milestones build on the way to 1.1.5 broke for Mac OS X using Tiger and they lack functionality.
