I have been paying attention to the porting development list, but didn't
want to get dragged into the current OOo/NeoOffice political discussion (I
have my opinions on the real story, but I prefer not to stir things up).

The last build of OOo I did was 1.9m97, then I went on vacation, etc. I
have started getting back into OOo development, and I am currently building
1.9m112 (I ran into a couple of problems, but I will document those when my
build finishes, or if I can't get past a problem).

I do build OOo 1.1.x builds on Jaguar, and they all work (for me in my
limited testing) on Jaguar/Panther/Tiger, but I have no formal QA/release
process in place, partly because the official US version of OOo 1.1.2 for
Mac OS X used the InstallAnywhere Installer, and I don't have a license to
use that, and I haven't had time to put together an installer package for
Jaguar/Panther/Tiger users that is as good as the one for OOo 1.1.2 (in
spite of a couple of known bugs with that installer). More importantly, I
don't have any server space, nor do I have broadband Internet access at
home, so I can release my builds - if someone can help with server space, I
might be able to do something.

FYI, I did attempt to build OOo 1.9m97 on Jaguar but ran into a couple of
problems that prevented the build from succeeding, and I haven't found time
or got the expertise to investigate further.

I did run into some problems building 1.9m97 that I intended to document,
but vacation and other things got in the way, so I am now waiting for my
1.9m112 builds to see if I still have to document the issues.

If you want me to try some builds of OOo 1.1.5 candidates in
Jaguar/Panther/Tiger, I could probably do that.
