If the percentage of Tiger users is much much higher than the ones using Panther (as the statistics at omnigroup claim it to be), then the baseline should be Tiger and not Panther.
The statistics at omni group says 83.9% Tiger, 15.1% Panther. To me 15.1% are enough to justify Panther as baseline. And besides I'm also
