Not possible for Jaguar. Around 3% of users, probably less actually.
And our resources are limited.
If it is a solid fact that everything running on Panther also runs on
Tiger, and because there are many developers here still running on
Panther, then I agree that the baseline should be Panther.

But don't count on me downgrading to Panther, my system came with
Tiger and I will continue to run on Tiger.

The task is simple : actually builds made under Panther are fully
compatible Tiger and Panther, builds made withTiger, are not usable
with Panther.
Why ? and how fix this.
