May I ask why some Win installers at http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/ooomisc/sdf/OOo_l10n/wnt/ have standalone versions like "da_download/", "de_download/" and others are combined with en_US, like "en-US_km_download/", "en-US_ku_download/" and "en-US_ne_download/"?
