I changed the summary on this issue. I think checking the generated javadoc
into the master branch site/docs/javadoc is the right approach. For the
favicon, there is a favicon.png attached to QUARKS-2 that I think could be
converted to an .ico if someone has a tool to do that. For the dangling
dejavu.css reference, I am not sure of the right way to suppress those errors.
It seems to work to comment out the import in stylesheet.css, but would be
better to be able to generate without the dependency.
