Thank you for review. You right. It is not necessary to release to make javadoc
But I did try to meaning "confirm" not "release" in previous comment.
- I thought(just my guess) that javadoc version and release version is 1 vs 1
matched like below

- At the time(when this issue created), I was thinking that it is better to
proceed with the work after branch has been generated.
because init release branch(for 0.5.0) will be created in very soon(After
reflected to 0.5.0 has been determined - like QUARKS-87)
- However, it is possible that publish to Apache site to generate the javadoc
based on a master or specific branch now if you want.
But there is posibility that I was misunderstood. Please tell me if I was wrong
And any advice would be appreciated
