I didn't meanning but I'm worried about this issue is delayed by me.
We will change name soon and seems that it takes a long time. So I will create
JavaDoc PR with following basic concept

* JavaDoc is located in http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/javadoc
* Lastest and each version is presented
lastest : http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/javadoc/lastest
0.5.0(will be) : http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/javadoc/r0.5.0
0.4.0 : http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/javadoc/r0.4.0
And I respect all folks opinion include especially our mentor.
I'm quite new and not used to Apache environment. Please don't hesitate to
advise me
