I am having trouble understanding Cazen's comment. Is it the case that we need
a release before we can publish the javadoc to the website? This issue is (I
think) the last step to moving to the Apache infrastructure so it would be good
to get it done sooner rather than later. I know there are things like the name
search that are holding up the release.
