that sounds great, thank you for addressing the issues and keep the thread
posted!

It happens to have discussions on the project AFK, more experienced members
will correct me here, but I think there is nothing wrong just with people
talking, though what is important is to  include [email protected] to make
sure community is engaged in the discussion\decidion.

It could be possible to start, as Luke suggests by posting followups and
starting discussion threads there before\after conversations with colleagues,
eventually moving remote-first approach.
