Hi Craig and Sheng,

Thank you for your advice. I finally know the reason to cause you confused.

> From my understanding, 4.0.0-RC1 is your release version, but not RC1 for
4.0.0 release, I am just guessing this from your release discussion.

Yes, you are right. The version of this release is `4.0.0-RC1`, not
`4.0.0`.

> So, I would suggest you to take `4.0.0 [RC1] (take 1/round 1)` as part of
your discussion/vote title.

That's make sense.

> This is only a suggestion; I know the community has been doing this for a
while, but I'd think that changing the name each time you make a new
release candidate would help going forward.

Yes, just take Sheng's suggestion, the email title should be: `4.0.0 [RC1]
(take 1/round 1)`

> If you think this RC1 is going to be successful, I'd cancel the vote and
change the name now.

OK, I just cancel this vote, and sent new discuss round 2 mail to discuss
release it or not.

> If you think you will get more feedback and need to re-spin the bits, you
could wait until the discussion is done on these bits and then have a
discuss or vote with the new bits.

Yes, that's make sense.
