Hi John,

Probably the biggest thing for me is that the bits changed between the first 
RC1 and this RC1. So to repeat what Sheng Wu said, "It looks like confused to 
me.".

This is only a suggestion; I know the community has been doing this for a 
while, but I'd think that changing the name each time you make a new release 
candidate would help going forward.

If you think this RC1 is going to be successful, I'd cancel the vote and change 
the name now.

If you think you will get more feedback and need to re-spin the bits, you could 
wait until the discussion is done on these bits and then have a discuss or vote 
with the new bits.
