The wiki specifies that time format is {{HH:MM:DD\[.ZZZZZZ\]}} (I've removed
the timezone here). As usual the {{\[\]}} denotes an optional part, which means
than you have two options:
* {{HH:MM:DD}} - optional part skipped
* {{HH:MM:DD.ZZZZZZ}} - optional part is present
