Having timezone on {{DATETIME}} make complete sense and we should keep that
[~stanleyxu2005].
I don't see any database using timezone for {{DATE}} and {{TIME}} types though.
That is something that I had defined in the IDF, but I'm failing to see the
reason why I put it there. Hence I'm opening discussion to drop that :)
