Good question [~vybs]. The original [proposal
specified|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SQOOP/Sqoop2+Intermediate+representation]
that the {{DATE}}, {{TIME}} and {{DATETIME}} should be encoded as a string and
hence I've enclosed the examples in {{'}} (which seems to be following what
{{mysqldump}} and {{pg_dump}} are doing).
