1. Not sure why the removed comments were missing. I renamed the file to
persistenceTestEnv.xml
5. I dont think there is a way to avoid this interface. It is a call back the
lower layer persistence offers to the higher layers to hook into processing. I
am of course open to any better solution but I do not see any at the moment.
Is it ok if I commit at this point and we adjust the UserSuspender later as
soon as we find a better solution?
