Hi @ywcb00 , I've reworked the test to run the federated script twice, once with compression off and once on, then compare those two runs. The uncompressed run has to match the local reference exactly, the compressed run has to measurably differ from it, and that difference has to stay within a bound derived from the compression parameters.
